Traditional 6 Bed villa with private pool located in the lovely coastal resort of Nerja.
All the living accommodation is on the ground floor and consists of a spacious lounge area with 4 comfortable sofas, satellite TV, CD player etc. The spacious lounge has a fabulous vaulted ceiling and reading mezzanine above which leads to the viewing tower and enclosed sun terrace.
Access to the lovely gardens and pool area are via double doors which also lead onto a shaded terrace with large dining table and chairs and built in BBQ.
There is also a large formal dining room if you wish to dine inside.
There are 2 fully fitted kitchens with oven, hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher & washing machine.
In total there are six large bedrooms (2 double & 4 twin) with wardrobes & bedside tables.
Bedrooms 1-4 have their own private en-suite bathrooms finished in traditional Andalucian tiles. Bedrooms 5 & 6 share another full bathroom.
There is also a cloakroom with w.c. & handbasin.
From the hall there is a great winding staircase which leads to the reading mezzanine, internal sun terrace and viewing tower with 360 degree windows which provide panoramic views to the countryside, sea & mountains.
There is also a cool internal Andalucian courtyard with fountain which provides shade from the afternoon sun under the vines.
Outside there is an extensive south facing terrace with patio furniture, sunloungers & large swimming pool with roman steps, garden with built-in BBQ for al-fresco dining, shaded terrace over looking the pool, large gated driveway for car parking.
Villa La Imaroga is a fantastic traditional villa just a couple of minutes drive from all facilities Nerja has to offer.
Bed linen and towels are supplied (not beach towels).
For stays of 1 to 4 nights there is a fix increment of EUROS 150 (NOT INCLUDED in the calculated price).

Key Collection
Details and instructions for key collection will be provided with the final confirmation email.
We can also arrange transfer by taxi (max.4 People) or minibus (up to 9 people) from the airport at a cost of EUROS 69 and 120 respectively each way. If you contract this service the driver will have the keys with him and will take you directly to the property .
If you you contract a Taxi or Minibus transfer from the airport please do not forget to provide your flight details before your arrival, flight number, airline, arrival time etc..
This service will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately on arrival.

Nerja is located on the Costa Del Sol, on the border of the Costa Tropical with spectacular cliffs on the outskirts of the nature reserve of the Sierra Almijara and Sierra Terjeda, with magnificent beaches and coves, some of which are situated in the nature reserve of Marco-Cerra Gordo.
The sub tropical character of the region is unique in Europe with an average temperature of 18 degrees and as many as 300 days of sunshine per year.
In the old region of Nerja, you’ll find the renowned local landmark ‘El Balcon de Europa’ (The Balcony of Europe).If you enjoy excursions, you can explore the unique Moorish architecture amidst the picturesque towns of Furgiliana and Maro, both of which are just 4km from Nerja.
Another local ‘must-see’ attraction, are the world famous caves of Nerja along with the historic, recently discovered, archaeological sites.
Within approx 2 hours drive are the Sierra Nevada mountains which provide perfect conditions for skiing in the winter months
