Payment: 50 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is not refundable. The remaining balance must be paid 21 days before arrival and is not refundable. If booking is made within the 21 days previous to arrival 100 % of the booking must be paid.
Cancellation: Please note, if cancelled, modified or in case of no-show, the deposits are not refundable.

We can also arrange transfer by taxi (max.4 People) or minibus (up to 9 people) from the airport at a cost of EUROS 69 and 120 respectively each way. If you contract this service the driver will have the keys with him and will take you directly to the property .
If you you contract a Taxi or Minibus transfer from the airport please do not forget to provide your flight details before your arrival, flight number, airline, arrival time etc..
This service will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately on arrival.

In the old region of Nerja, you’ll find the renowned local landmark ‘El Balcon de Europa’ (The Balcony of Europe).If you enjoy excursions, you can explore the unique Moorish architecture amidst the picturesque towns of Furgiliana and Maro, both of which are just 4km from Nerja.
Another local ‘must-see’ attraction, are the world famous caves of Nerja along with the historic, recently discovered, archaeological sites.
