Villa Alberto is a beautiful and special house with fantastic views of the sea, 3 bedrooms with its own pool , gardens and terraces. And secluded.
Underneath at the entrance there is a covered area to park various types of cars and stairs leading up to the first terrace where there is a large porch and bench and the pool dimensions 7x4m with depth of 2.05m and shallow end 1.40m.
On the next level up through the garden there is another large terrace with covered porch area where one can enjoy dining al fresco with magnificent views of the sea ant the gardens and pool, also at the side the terrace provides covered BBQ area and sink.
On entering the villa through the main entrance on the top terrace can be found the dining room/ living room with American style adjoining kitchen. The salon has open fireplace, satellite TV, and decoder card. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, microwave, dishwasher , coffee maker etc.
