Country house with three bedrooms and private pool.
The villa ( sleeps 8) is situated in the Pago de la Morea at 4,8 km distance from Nerja in a very quiet area. It has a large terrace with swimming pool (8 x 4 km and a depth of 1,20 m to 1,90 m), covered porch with barbeque, 5000 sqm of land with fruit trees and parking.
The house has an interior porch which gives access to the rest of the rooms: lounge/diner with fireplace, satellite TV and open plan fully equipped electric kitchen with oven, micro wave, washing machine etc. Full bathroom, two bedrooms with two single beds each and one bedroom with double bed and full en-suite bathroom.
The house is decorated in a rustic fashion with first quality furniture.
Bed linen and towels are supplied (not beach towels).
Entry day is any day except for July and August that is Saturdays and full weeks.
Minimum saty is 4 night all year except for July and August that is 7 nights minimum stay.

On reservation a deposit iof 35 % is required. The balance is to be payed on arrival. Deposit is not returnable in any circumstances.
