1 How do I find the price and availability for a particular property ?
- From each property page by clicking on the “More Info & Photos “ once in the property page please click on the link “Check Availability & Prices”, mark the dates for your stay and click again on the “CHECK AVAILABILITY and PRICES”, if available it will show the price and instructions for booking that property.

2 We have children; can we get extra beds or cots in the room, apartment or villa?
- We advise to book a property according to the number of guests that will occupy it. Should you not find a property that can accommodate all guests, Please ensure to check the property policy for children and extra beds/cots. When the property accepts extra beds/cots and/or children in their policies, please add the request for the extra bed/cot and the age of the children in the guest comments box. We will do our utmost to accommodate your request. The extra cost will not be included in the total reservation price.

3 How do I know if the property has parking facilities and how can I reserve it?
- If available, parking facilities and costs will be stated in the section " Services & Facilities " under "Guest Parking". If stated that the parking requires booking in advance please let us know in the booking form under “comments”.

4 Where can I find the property telephone number or email address?
- After you have completed a booking, the telephone/fax number and email address are provided immediately online and on your confirmation email.

5 Can I cancel or change my reservation?
- Please log on to the property page and read the “ Terms, Conditions and Cancelation Policies “ each property can have different cancelation policies.

6 What does the price include?
- Price includes all taxes. All extra facilities or requests that are not shown have to be arranged directly with the property after making your reservation (i.e. Parking, transfer service, welcome pack etc..)..

7 How do I know my reservation is confirmed?
- Once you have send the booking form you will receive an automated email confirming your pre-booking, all the details of the reservation will be there, including a 10 digit booking number that can be used for further communications with us, at this stage the property is blocked and no other client can book this property for those dates. Within the next 24 hours you will receive a second email with the final confirmation showing further details for key collection, how to get to the property et

8 Can I make a reservation by phone?
- Yes, if you have a valid credit card and would like to make a booking by phone, please dial UK. + 44 - 020 8144 1140 (number for clients to call from UK direct to Spain) or Spain + 34 - 95 237 8091.

9 Where can I find the address of the property?
- The address of the property is stated on your pre-booking confirmation e mail.

10 How do I find only available propertys for the period I want to stay?
- You can view the price and availability from the home page.
After you have selected the destination, property type, dates for your stay and number of bedroom of your choice, click on the "SEARCH" button, all available properties for those dates will be displayed together with their corresponding price for that period.

11 Where is the location of the property?
- The address of the property can always be found on the pre-confirmation email page. Whenever you search for a property a convenient map can be displayed. Once you select a property this map will then point to the specific property, this map is interactive and can be enlarge etc....

12 Can I make a booking for tonight on your website?
- No you cant, bookings must be made with at least 24 hours before the arrival date.

13 Can I request an extra bed in my property and will there be extra costs?
- We advise to book a property according to the number of guests that will occupy it. Should you not find a property that can accommodate all guests, please check the policy and pricing for extra beds on the property’s page. When the property accepts extra beds in their policies, please add the request in the "Comments" box in the booking process. The extra cost for the bed will not be included in the total reservation price

14 Are the rates on your website per person or per property ?
- All rates on the Hocosol.com website are per property, NOT per person.

15 I pay a reservation fee to Hocosol.com?
- No, we will not charge any reservation fee.

16 Are taxes included in price?
- Yes, all taxes are included in the total booking price..

17 Do I pay the full price for my child(ren)?
- The prices shown are per property per stay and do not depend on age of the guests.

18 I do not have a credit card. Can I still book a room, apartment or villa?
- No. A valid credit card is a compulsory part of the reservation process.

19 Why do I need to give my credit card details?
- The property requires a valid credit card to guarantee the reservation and in order to charge the deposit stated in the “Terms, Conditions and Cancelation Policies “. This deposit will be deducted from your credit card once we have confirm the availability, you will receive an email with confirmation of the payment.

20 What types of credit card can I use to complete the reservation?
- MasterCard, Visa, can be used.

21 Can I make a reservation for myself using someone else credit card?
- Yes you can but only if you have permission from the card holder. Please state this in the "Comments" box when making your reservation. We may require authorisation from the card holder.

22 How do we make your booking secure?
- Your credit card information is sent to us through a secure server. We use the latest, most secure technology available, which encrypts all your personal and credit card details. The encryption method used is the industry standard "Secure Socket Layer" (SSL) technology. Our SSL certificate has been issued by GoDaddy.com.

23 I have received a new credit card and my old details are no longer valid. What do I need to do?
- Please contact us either via email or telephone.

24 Can I use a debit card to complete my reservation?
- We cannot accept a debit card to guarantee the booking. Only credit card Visa or mastercard are accepted.

25 I am entering my credit card details, when will I pay?
- You input your credit card details and they are securely transmitted to us. Payments will be charge once we have made certain that the property is available, since properties are individually owned we always double check availability before charging the credit card. Please check payment conditions on the property you have reserve.

26 Does the property need a deposit or a payment in advance?
- A deposit needs to be paid when the booking is confirm, initial deposit amount and payment of the balance will depends on each property , please read the “Terms, Conditions and Cancelation Policies” of the property you are reserving.

27 Can I pay for my stay in advance?
- Yes you can. Please state this in the "Comments" box when making your reservation

28 Can I pay for the second payment with a different credit card than the one used to make the reservation?

29 How can I make a special request? For example: a sea view, twin beds or on a certain floor ?
- When filling in "Booking form " please add your request in the "Comments" box. Please note that we cannot guarantee that the property can meet these requirements. Once you have received your booking confirmation, please contact us in order to confirm that the property can meet your request..

30 If I want to book more than one prpoperty in the same urbanization/building, how do I find out how many properties are available?
We manage many properties within the same urbanization or building and therefore in many cases we do have several units available for the same dates in the same compound. Please telephone or email us to find out and we will assist you on how to book more than one unit.

31 How secure is the Hocosol.com website?

Communications through an HTTPS server are encrypted by a secure certificate known as an SSL. The encryption prevents third-parties from eavesdropping on communications to and from the server.

32 What are the check-in and check-out times of a property?
- Check-in and check-out times differ for each property. You will find them on the“Terms, Conditions and Cancelation Policies “ section at the middle of the property page ( right after the location map) as well as on your confirmation email.

33 I will be arriving earlier/later than the stated check-in time. Can I still check-in?
- We advise you to let the property know your estimated time of arrival at the time of booking by using the "Comments" box in the reservation form. After completing your booking please contact us to confirm your arrival time, using the contact details in your confirmation email so that we can make the necessary arrangements for you .

34 I want to check out after the stated check out time. What should I do?
- Pre-arrangement of late check out is generally not possible due to availability of the property. We advise that, during your stay, you ask if late check-out is possible. Please note that charges may be applicable. .

- All the information we have is displayed on our website; for more information about the property please click on More Information & Photos " in the property page in question. You can also email or telephone us for more details.

36 How do I find out if a property allows pets?
- Pet policies are always displayed on the property page under "Terms, Conditions and Cancelation Policies" of the property in question.

37 Are the facilities in the rproperty that I have booked guaranteed?
- The facilities as listed by the property description are guaranteed. Any additional facilities or requests will have to be confirmed by contacting us on the contact details provided after completing the booking. .

38 I have booked a property but I did not receive a confirmation by email. What do I have to do?
- Please check the inbox and Spam/Junk folder for the email address provided during the reservation process. If you wish to receive assistance please contact us at info@hocosol.com.

39 What is my Booking number and what do I need it for?
- Your Booking number is a 10 digit randomly generated number. The unique combination of your book number will allow access to view your reservation and as such please keep your booking number confidential. .

40 Where can I find the cancellation policy of the property?
- In the property page you will find the "Terms, Conditions and Cancelation Policies", including their cancellation policy. You can also find this information in the confirmation emai.

41 Can the property store my luggage before check in or after check out?
- If the property has a luggage storage it will be displayed on the property’s page under "property Facilities". For more information regarding the property facilities on luggage storage please contact the us using the contact details provided after completing the booking. .

42 How do I find out if a property has a certain facility ?
- All the property facilities are displayed on the property page under "property Facilities". For more information regarding the property’s facilities please contact us directly on the contact details provided after completing the booking. .

43 How can I find out that the property offers a transfer service and how can I book it ?
- We can offer transfer by taxi or minibus from and to the airport for all our properties. Please ask for a quote by emailing us.
